I am glad to let you know that sql-ledger users mailing list is active now. Almost all the great users and contributes from the old list are on board.

Free sql-ledger hosting for new users will be available again in February 2010.

Before that we shall be activating our new mailman mailing list for free support and upgrade our existing documentation.
