Documentation update

We have updated the newly released help documentation at help.ledger123.com. Almost all pages have been touched. FAQ has been populated. New user management interface has been documented. Old stuff has been removed.

We are hoping to release another major docs update within short time. Once this is done we shall start work to add new features and enhance the existing features.
